 Tel: 09 745 5090  or 052 640765

There are 2 ways to go to Tamir's House.

The first way is through the back entrance to the Moshav and this entrance is sometimes blocked.  You must call Tamir the day before you plan to go and ask him if the back entrance is open or not.)  Take Highway 2 towards Haifa.  Get off at the HaSharon Interchange (north of Herzliya).  Stay on the road parallel to the right of the Highway until you see the signs for 'Ronit Farm'.  Turn right and follow signs to Ronit Farm (or 'Between Heaven and Earth').  The road surface is not brilliant.  Follow the road into the Moshav and turn left (by the tall pylon - good landmark for return journey!) at the T-junction.  Go straight across the round-about, pass the village sign, turn right at the 2nd or 3rd street (by the pylon).  Go to the end and turn left at the junction.  No 60 is on the left and the workshop is round the back.

Otherwise, take Highway 4 north from Ra'anana and Tel Aviv.  Get off at the Hadarim Interchange and follow signs to Bene Ziyyon (Route 551 / 5511).  Once you are on Route 5511 continue following the signs to Bene Ziyyon.  Turn right at the roundabout and continue past the village sign, turn right at the 2nd or 3rd street (by the pylon).  Go to the end and turn left at the junction.  No 60 is on the left and the workshop is round the back.

TIME CHANGES

Be aware that Palestine, Jordan and Egypt are often running on different times than Israel.

The changing of clocks, spring and autumn, is not uniform.

(This is especially important if you are meeting anyone at a border crossing!) Depending on where you live and work you can end up with an hour time difference between home and the office.

When arranging meetings, be sure to clarify whether you are using Israeli or Palestinian time.

Israel is seven hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time (EST), two hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

Daylight Savings Time is from March 24 to August 24.
